Mark, you are *so* right. Such an important question to ask. Getting them to speak their commitment, or even better, demonstrate it, upfront is key.

The calibre of my clients increased hugely when I started asking for payments upfront. They give feedback faster, provide more resources and take action faster because they’ve already paid.

There’s nothing like paying 30%, 50% or as much as 100% upfront to demonstrate a commitment to your own success!
